Jeff Bezos - Rubenstein interview

This is one of the best interviews I have ever seen.

1. what I never really never understood was how a large corporate management team can say one thing (marketing) yet act in a competitor focused manner (strategy), in essence defend the margin, or what Buffet calls the moat

2. the day 1 mentality that can exist in large corporation like amazon. That is one of the few skills that really matter.
